MySiteBuilder installation and implementation

I am in the process of installing MySiteBuilder in our test environment before we deploy to production. I have an error after installation when I open the MSB site collection for the first time.

Are you able to activate services for example:

If I create a template using your tool and assign myself to that new template, what will that do to the existing template?
