How to make a course available for any LMS user to subscribe?

Follow the next steps:
1. Teacher must enter the users&groups tool inside the created course.
2. Choose to edit members group
3. Put the "Allow requests to join/leave this group?" option to "yes", "Auto-accept requests?" option for "yes"
4. Save the options
